DESCRIPTION:Solar energy has seemed out of reach of most Americans for years.  Things are rapidly changing\, though.  Prices have gone down by 65% in ten years.  Incentives are in place\, but will phase out. \nCome join local and statewide organizations\, including the Hoosier Environmental Council\, Dubois Strong\, and the Jasper Chamber of Commerce\, who have partnered to host a free presentation on solar energy! \nWho:  Homeowners\, business-people\, pastors & lay leaders\, school administrators\, municipal & county leaders. \nWhat:  A presentation focused on the ideal locations for installing solar\, ways to pay for solar energy systems\, and opportunities to grow solar in the area and beyond. \nWhen:  Tuesday\, October 22\, 2019\, starting at 7:00 pm (but please feel free to come as early as 6:30 pm to enjoy food and network!) \nWhere:  Jasper Group Community Room located on Clay Street \nRSVP:  Amanda Shepherd at ashepherd@hecweb.org
