DESCRIPTION:Presented by Edge Medical Training & Tactics\, LLC – Using proven training methods taught to military and law enforcement personnel\, this course gives you the tactical and medical knowledge to be prepared to survive and save lives in the event of an active shooter crisis.  YOU ARE THE FIRST RESPONDER!!  This does not take place of what local law enforcement will do for the business to help prevent the active shooter situation\, but this is a course on what to do when the shooter situation develops\, etc… \nSome background on Mark Wilson\, the instructor – Mark Wilson is a Master Sargent in the United States Air Force\, specializing in Special Tactics the last 15+ years as an IDMT\, working alongside Para Rescue and Combat Controllers.   The last 9 years\, he has trained Law Enforcement personnel in Tactical Trauma Care.  Mark is a 7th Degree Black Belt Master Instructor with over 35 years training in Tae Kwon Do.  He is also a Military Instructor in Krav Maga for the last 7 years. \n$120 per Person – Lunch will be provided.  Payment and RSVP due by April 23.  Make checks payable to – Jasper Chamber of Commerce \nRSVP to the Jasper Chamber no later than Thursday\, April 23 chamber@jasperin.org or 812-482-6866 \n*CANCELLED – POSTPONED FOR NOW!
