- Blood Cholesterol (Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, Cholesterol Ratio)
- Blood Pressure
- Height and Weight
- Waist Circumference
- BMI (Body Mass Index)
- Blood Glucose
- Chemistry panel
- Tobacco Status
- Colon Cancer detection take-home kits, optional for those over age 50
- PSA (blood draw), optional for men 50 and older or those with a risk for prostate cancer
COST:
Basic Screening: $39
PSA blood test: $20 (optional for men.)
Colon Cancer detection kits: $8 (optional).

Appointments will be made every 15 minutes.
Twelve (12) hour fast is needed for blood work.
You may drink water and take prescribed medications.
Blood is taken by venipuncture.
