The Active Shooter – Workplace Violence Seminar

Join the Jasper Chamber and our guest speaker: Det. Sgt. Jeremy Lee of the Jasper Police Department to learn what the signs are of a potential threat and how to protect yourself while at work/in the workplace.
Active shooter incidents have become increasingly common in all types of settings and present a significant threat in environments where large groups of people gather. According to the FBI, over 80% of active shooter incidents occur in the workplace and the rise of these shootings has increased drastically. In the past 15 yeas over 1,000 employees have been killed due to workplace violence.
This seminar is part of the Jasper Chamber business education services.
