The Launching Your Own Business Workshop,

taught by a South Central Indiana ISBDC business advisor Terri Brown-Dietsch,

is your first step towards small business ownership success!

 

Every successful business is built on a solid foundation.

This class will help you evaluate your business idea and prepare you to create a sound business plan,

manage expectations, and increase your chances of accessing capital.

 

Following this course, a South Central Indiana ISBDC business advisor will be available

for free one-on-one business consulting, which includes market research and financial diagnostic reports,

to help you implement your strategic plan and provide ongoing guidance as you grow your own business.

 

You will schedule this one-on-one session on your own, for your convenience.

 

 

WORKSHOP WILL COVER:

• Identify personal objectives, skills and resources
• Understand entrepreneurial characteristics
• Describe business idea and requirements
• Evaluate business feasibility
• Develop business plan
• A first step in finding funding resources

marketing and pitching their business to customers. Following this course,

ISBDC Business Advisors will be available for free one-on-one business consulting to help you

implement your strategic plan and provide ongoing guidance as you grow your business.

The Workshop Covers: 1) Identifying Personal Objectives, Skills, and Resources

2) Describing Your Business Idea and Requirements

3) Understanding your competition and how to position your product or service.

And 4) Identifying the managerial requirements for your business.
