LifeSpring Health Systems
LifeSpring Health Systems is a community health center providing mental health, behavioral health, and primary care services to all ages, regardless of income. LifeSpring serves 11 counties in southern Indiana, including Dubois County. The Dubois County office is located in Jasper on the southeast side of town.
LifeSpring provides a comprehensive array of mental health and primary care services: education, prevention, information, assessment, intervention, and treatment. Professional providers at LifeSpring are physicians, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, nurses, licensed and master level therapists, counselors, care and case managers, and support personnel. Using a team approach, a specific program is tailored for each individual.
