Women Empowering Women December Event

December 9, 2020 @ 11:30 AM

The Dubois County women’s leadership organization, Women Empowering Women (WEW), will host its next event, virtually, on Wednesday, December 9th to hear Carrie Ellspermann, Chief People Officer at Old National Bank.  Her presentation is titled “You Own You.”  The session will be held via the Zoom webinar platform and begin at 11:45 am.  This event is open to all prospective and current WEW members.

During these “interesting” times, it has never been more important for us to press the pause button and invest time and energy in to being the best we can be.  “You Own You” will help you do just that!  Together we will explore how owning your attitude, development, and network will help you grow as a leader in every aspect of life.

In addition to her roles with human resources, presenter Caroline “Carrie” Ellspermann also is a member of Old National Bank’s Operating Group.  Prior to her current role, she served various other leadership roles within Old National.  She began her banking career in 1991 as a sales manager in bank administration at Citizens Bank.  Before that, she was a sales representative with Deluxe Check Printers.  She is a graduate of Indiana University and obtained her MBA from Vanderbilt University.  As a native of Evansville, Ellspermann has also been involved in many civic and community activities.

Advanced reservations are required to get the link to the call.  Reservations should be made by calling the Jasper Chamber of Commerce at 812-482-6866 or by emailing chamber@jasperin.org by Monday, December 7th.  The link to the meeting will then be emailed to all participants prior to the call on December 9th.

The mission of Women Empowering Women is to inspire women in business to reach their highest potential by instilling confidence, building networks, and promoting community in Dubois County.  Membership is open to any woman in business who lives or works in Dubois County.
