For over 70 years, caregivers at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center have worked to provide the local area with excellent health care services. Based in Jasper, Indiana, Memorial Hospital has grown to include more than 30 specialties with approximately 50 physicians and advanced practice providers in 33 health care offices in seven counties. Memorial Hospital employs more than 1,800 caregivers and provides medical care for more than 6,000 inpatients, 250,000 outpatients, and 26,000 emergency department visits annually. More than 700 babies are born at Memorial Hospital each year.
Memorial Hospital offers a comprehensive range of medical services in a 128 - bed facility. The hospital, located on 15 acres between 9th Street and 13th Street in Jasper, has nearly 500,000 square feet under roof including a five-story medical facility, the seven-level Little Company of Mary Tower, a medical arts building, and several other office buildings.

Memorial Hospital attained Magnet recognition on April 23, 2020, a testament to its continued dedication to high-quality nursing practice. The American Nurses Credentialing Center's (ANCC) Magnet Recognition Program distinguishes health care organizations that meet rigorous standards for nursing excellence. This credential is the highest national honor for professional nursing practice.
In 2018, Memorial Hospital was the recipient of the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award. This recognition is a presidential-level of honor that recognizes exemplary U.S. organizations and businesses that demonstrate an unceasing drive for radical innovation, thoughtful leadership, and administrative improvement.
